Patented Smart Conveying Technology

Our Smart Conveying Technology (SCT) ensures easy and fast maintenance that results in reduced downtime and significantly reduced life cycle costs. The stator and rotor are manufactured in two pieces allowing the pump to be maintained without removing either the suction or discharge pipe work. This unique pump design can result in an 85% reduction in maintenance times.

The sealing line between the rotor and stator is also adjustable so the pump can be suited for a specific application. This can minimize wear and tear, extending the life of the rotor and stator more than two fold.


SCT AutoAdjust – It’s all about the perfect fit

For consistent pumping capacity and high productivity, the hydraulic, high-precision stator clamping of the SCT AutoAdjust is automatically adjustable at the touch of a button – from the control room or at the point of use via the SEEPEX Pump Monitor. This makes the SCT AutoAdjust indispensable for critical applications that require maximum performance and reliability while maintaining absolute operational safety. The SCT AutoAdjust can be used in virtually every industry, application, and for all pumping media.


Smart Air Injection - Progressive Cavity Pump meets Pneumatic Dense Phase Conveying

A customized system created by SEEPEX experts, Smart Air Injection (SAI) combines a custom built progressive cavity pump with controlled compressed air conveying. Its low pressure level in the conveying pipeline results in up to 72% in reduced energy consumption. It can also provide a longer service life.

Designed for long distance conveying of up to 1,000 meters, SAI also handles directional changes, and efficiently overcomes differences in height. It is easily controlled via the SAI controller and easy to maintain at its location with our Smart Conveying Technology. In less than an hour, the rotor and stator can be changed easily even when space is limited.
