MDR - Superior Process Control

Withstands the Harshest Of Chemicals

The MDR range design incorporates an external GA seal arrangement and engineered composite seal housing, lantern, and rotating unit. The only metallic part of the pump that is exposed to the conveyed product is the rotor. This design allows for broad chemical compatibility, increased performance, and decreased maintenance.

The patented joint design performs as a constant velocity joint, reducing pulsation to levels only detectable by laboratory equipment. This, combined with progressive cavity pump technology, provides laminar flow and a high degree of accuracy in chemical dosing applications.

Conveying Capacity

0.08–87 l/h

0.02–23 US gph

Pressure

≤ 24 bar

≤ 350 psi

Optimized metering and dosing accuracy

The constant velocity joint reduces pulsation to levels only detectable by laboratory equipment

Superior performance and longevity

Provided by chemically inert materials of construction

Available in Intelligent Metering Pump (IMP) design

Incorporates a gear reducer and a programmable vector drive in a compact design for precise metering

Easy maintenance

Assembly of joints without any tools

Broad range of chemical compatibility

Due to the external GA seal arrangement and engineered composite seal housing, lantern, and rotating unit, the only metallic part in contact with the conveyed product is the rotor

Easily retrofits into existing units

Cavity design allows for conveyance of liquids, solids, and gases

Economical

By-product minimization with reduced chemical consumption and total cost of ownership for flow control systems is reduced

External GA Seal

By using a seal mounted externally, the metallic components are never in contact with the conveyed product. This allows for the use of a stainless steel GA seal in even the harshest applications.

QUADX Joint

Patented hypocycloidal structure allows for eccentric motion of the rotor. Constructed of engineered composite material, durable to wear, chemically inert, resistant to heat, and easy to assemble and maintain.

Lantern And Seal Casing

Integrated into a single engineered composite material that is chemically resistant and easily retrofit-able in existing pumps. This design allows mounting of the pump in any orientation due to a lip seal and propylene glycol to lubricate and protect the components.

Stator

The sealing gasket on both ends is molded as an integral part of the elastomeric stator; corrosion of the stator tube is prevented as the pumped product does not come in contact with the metal tube or the bonding adhesive.

Pressure Branch

Available in stainless steel or CPVC with ½” DIN EN ISO 228-1 or NPT connections.

Rotor

Available in stainless steel, titanium, or hastelloy.
